Absolutely wonderful place to eat. We returned late cold night from Petra by Night and the owner welcomed us. That late, we had warm soups and delicious pizza. Recommended to dine here once in Petra

it was just at sunset during Ramadan, so we were the only customers, but the owner and staff were very friendly. we came to avoid yet another hotel buffet dinner, and we were happy to have done so! this is just one block from the entrance to Petra, but prices were moderate. We enjoyed the camel kebabs (tasted a lot like lamb kofte, but hey, still delicious ;-) ) and other dishes - lamb gallaya, beefveggie sambousek, loved the fresh made mint lemonade, made-to-order with less sugar as requested. a great little find!

Bahaa took care of us and welcomed us to the restaurant. He answered respectfully our questions regarding the menu and gave us recommendations. He even went out of his way to offer us desserts that are not on the menu. Reasonable price too and very near Petra. Wifi works well and very clean.

The food here was amazing! It was quick service and the food was hot. It was the best chicken shawarma sandwich I’ve ever had and I would definitely come back.

Good food , and best price on tourist street. No hidden charge like tax or service fee. Compared to other popular restaurants close by, this is better value. Highly recommended.

We liked this place so much we only ate here for our 2 available meals.The owner is friendly, the food is delicious, service was quick but didnt compromise on taste or quality. So so happy with this restaurant - 100% recommend.Outdoor and indoor seating available, bathrooms are good, decor eclectic. Perfect for me.

A Unique Culinary Experience!Petra Oriental Restaurant was a fantastic dining experience! The food was flavorful and authentic, and we even had the chance to try camel – a truly unique dish. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, perfect for enjoying local Jordanian cuisine.Highly recommended for anyone visiting Petra!
